PVDF coated aluminum plate

PVDF coated aluminum plate is a super thick color coated aluminum plate produced by Henan Chalco after many times of technical research and development. The thickest thickness can reach 5.0mm. This kind of PVDF coated aluminum plate solves the limitation of roller coating with the thickest thickness of 2.5mm at one stroke, and also solves the defect of inconsistent color of sprayed aluminum thick plate. The polyester coating formed by baking the surface of aluminum plate for many times can form a continuous solid film with strong adhesion, which has the characteristics of protection and decoration. The polyester resin uses the polymer containing ester bond in the main chain as the monomer, adding alkyd resin, and the ultraviolet absorber can be divided into Matt and specular series according to the glossiness. The printing effect is solved by surface printing of substrate after coating process, and various patterns can be obtained. The appearance is more elegant, rigid and comprehensive performance is superior than that of monochrome coating plate.

The unique materials are used for the surface coating to strengthen the absorption of UV and prevent the primer from aging too fast. The resin with higher aging resistance and adhesion is used for the primer to ensure the collaborative protection of the primer and the top coat, so as to achieve longer durability.
